Main House
The beating heart of Quinta da Akasha is represented by a a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with electric stove and living room and adjoining dinning room. Three suites with own bathrooms, one double bedroom (sleeps four) with usage of the common bathroom and a guest house cottage close to house. The house stays warm in the winter and cold in the summer.
Beautiful gardens with cobblestone road and the feel of an private island close to everything, yet completely private and peaceful. A large 6 meter by 10 meter pool with outdoor entertainment area with great grill and a two-car open garage.
Living Room
Features a fireplace with blower circulation heat throughout the main living area of house. Air conditioning. Secondary electric brick heater. TV with cable television, Amazon prime and Netflix.
The dinning room with large table is the main gathering place of the house. The main house is heated by an air conditioning unit, two secondary electric heaters and a wood fire heater with blower.
Fully Equipped Chef’s Kitchen
Features sandstone counters and island, electric stove, dishwasher and ample storage spaces.

Outdoor laundry room with two washing machines and one dryer.
